Cancellation Policy

We thank our patients for understanding that last minute cancellations affect our business. As a courtesy, we will attempt to remind you of your scheduled appointment time. If you absolutely must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 48-hours in advance to make any scheduling changes.  

Failure to notify us will result in a $50.00 missed appointment fee which will be added to the associated account.  All fees must be paid prior to booking any further appointments.

Payment Policy

If you are covered by one or more insurance plan(s), we will gladly process your claims electronically for your convenience.  However, your insurance plan may not cover 100% of the amount owed.  Please be advised that all remaining fees and balances are due in full on the date of service.

New patients, please be prepared to provide your personal insurance plan information to the receptionist upon arriving for your first appointment. If you are a returning patient, and your insurance plan has recently changed or you are covered by an additional insurance policy, please update this information with reception as necessary.

If you are not covered by insurance, and you are 18+, we do require payment on the date of service once treatment is completed.  We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Interac. 

 

Children ages 3-17, who are not covered by a private insurance plan can register for the provincial Child Dental Care Program (CDCP).
